I have not heard from support despite several attempts, I cannot get MyHeritage to connect to the internet, or login on the Family Tree Builder software, i've installed uninstalled reinstalled, got rid of all firewall and blocker... Is it windows 11? what is the issue i need to use my genealogy software and i cant on this new laptop.... it's driving me insane.

I have heard there is in FTM 2012 a template for a direct descending chart that shows one direct descendant per generation. This is unavailable elsewhere. How do I verify this ?

The Mac version is available. All you need to do is to click on the download. As I understand it this is not the full Mac version and is just a hybrid version of the current PC version. But hey at least we have something for now.

Cons; when paid for the premium plus edition, & it expired I can now no longer access the family tree online unless I continue to pay for membership each year.

I've been looking for a very long time to be able to retrace and write my family history and with Family Tree Builder, I'm now able to do so! Thanks a lot

The program is good but it is not free as it is advertised and its options are limited. I spent much time building my tree and when I reached the maximum entries of 250 and I had to choose either to subscribe to Premium and pay either monthly or buy the program. I don't like this way of dealing, so I don't recommend it.
