To fix the display of birth date in the tree, you can try changing the font size or style. You may also need to adjust the size of the tree to make it fit on the screen.
You can change the font using Content to include > Chart Style or simply access the Chart Style. From that window you will have the possibility to change various aspects related to graphic elements, including Fonts.
Not a complaint but just letting you know that there is a lady who calls on behalf of Herzelf Karen. She is calling us in Thailand to ask if we are getting any matches to our family name. I have never had anyone call us for such a question and after a minute or two she tries to sell us an upgrade on a future backup system. If we agree (and it was only for that day) we were able to purchase this. My husband already got a backup this year, so there was no need to call us. As I did not trust this call, I asked Karen to leave a e-mail and I would get back to it after receiving it.
As the phone call was yesterday we had not got any email, yet. Personally, I am worried about what happened yesterday, because we have never had someone from MyHeritage to call us. The funny thing is that she had a lot of information about us.

Yes, the software is compatible with Windows 10 32bit operating system. As you can see in the image below, I managed to install the software without any other issues, therefore making it proving it works normally without errors.
I am about to reach my limit on the number of ancestors I can input into the program. Is this program stand-alone or is it reliant on the website? In other words, can I continue to input family members without upgrading from the free version? I know it will not show up on my site, but can the program still be used without syncing? Thank you.

The program can still be used and you can add more ancestors and relatives after the limit is reached but those people will not be synced to the website. They will show up in your family tree.
How do I get my online tree to download to the free Family Tree Builder that I downloaded on my computer? Sync won't work.

You will have to log-in on the web version of the software and then use the available Save or Export options. Once you have the database saved from the web version, start the software on your computer and use Open or Import. This procedure should be 100 % compatible since it's all about the applications.
The software is released for Mac as well. If you visit the link posted below on a Mac computer, the website will detect your environment and it will provide the DMG file for you to install it. Double click the DMG file, wait for the window to open, then drag and drop the application into the Applications folder.
All of my data in the Notes section of all of my ancestor entries has vanished. Why? Can I get the information back?

There is no direct information about the Notes tab in the MyHeritage Family Tree Builder application. The only thing you can do at this time is to attempt a possible recovery, but that doesn't guarantee you'll get your files back. For example, if the notes were stored in other files, but you still have access to those files containing other data, recovery is useless and shouldn't be used. Use Recuva to attempt a possible recovery. This could also be a problem with the software. The notes have been deleted due to the software being corrupted or someone actually deleted them.
